An interesting pair of French late 19th century armchairs that have been stripped down to the burlap and muslin and are ready to be upholstered. This unusual pair of period armchairs features rectangular backs as well as rectangular arms that are semi detached to give the design a lighter, more modern appearance. We have added new casters on the front legs that not only elevate the chairs but also accentuate the pitch, making them more comfortable and easy to move around as needed.
Sold as is. We always recommend reupholstering vintage seating; upholstery services are available on request.
