A stunning gilt metal sunburst ceiling fixture from Spain dating back to the 1950s. This flush mount ceiling fixture is composed of eighteen leaf patterned radiating rays joined at the base with a single braid and a decorative interior band that encases the frosted glass center. The hand applied finish has a rich gold patina over a darker under coat. Recently wired to accommodate two candelabra light bulbs, this 1950s Spanish fixture is sold with a matching canopy and chain, ensuring a seamless integration into your home's decor. While the wiring is new, it is not UL Code compliant. The fixture is in very good vintage condition and measures 20 inches in diameter and 4 inches in height, not including any chain, with the canopy spanning 5 inches in diameter and 1 inch in height, and the glass is 8 inches in diameter.
