An outstanding 18th century Swedish sofa in green gingham upholstery with double piping. The painted frame features a serpentine back with carved floral motifs, gently flared arm rests, and a conforming apron that repeats the same carvings, all resting on ten cabriole legs terminating in topi feet. This sofa is truly a work of art. Circa 1770, this piece has been professionally restored to good vintage condition - minor nicks and wear adding charm and character to the overall look.
