This dynamic French mid century modern sunburst mirror in the “brutalist” style features a double tiered central frame. The exterior part consists of 8 spikes in a rich gilt finish and the interior part has 8 spikes connected to a more silvered gray center. The entire mirror has an interesting pattern of raised stylized loops and “s” shapes. We have added a felt backing to give the mirror more protection and a more finished look, and it is ready to hang. This exceptional 1950s mirror is in very good vintage condition. With a diameter of 35 inches, it is an elegant mid century statement piece suited to a variety of interiors.
